Dreading the yearly birthday party routine? Keeping a large group of children entertained? The wear and tear on your home and furniture? The clean-up? Aaaaaargggh!

Well, now you can have your cake and eat it too, ‘cuz Gymnastics Unlimited gives the world’s greatest parties!

OUR PARTY FORMAT

Our gymnastics party is based on 1 ½ hours. We provide 2 instructors to help organize and run your party. The first hour of the party is held inside the gym where the children do “age appropriate” gymnastics activities, games and relay races. We can also incorporate our climbing wall which is especially fun for older kids. The last ½ hour of time is spent enjoying cake and ice cream along with the opening of gifts. We do our parties on Saturdays @ 1:30 p.m. or @3:30 p.m. If you need a Sunday time slot, it can possibly be arranged. The cost of our party is based on a 12 child maximum, $110.00 for gym members and $130.00 for non gym members. The price is considered a fixed rate unless the number of children attending exceeds 12. The additional cost for each extra child is $9.50 for gym members and $10.50 for non gym members. A $30.00 refundable deposit is REQUIRED TO HOLD YOUR REQUESTED DATE AND TIME.

WE PROVIDE:

1. INVITATIONS (Included on the invitation is a required “liability release” form that must be signed by each participant’s parent. Our invitations also provide a place for you to fill in party information along with a map to the gym.
2. All plates, napkins, forks/spoons, cups, tablecloths and decorations. (WE DO NOT PROVIDE THE CAKE, ICE CREAM, DRINKS, CANDLES, MATCHES, OR A KNIFE. WE ALSO DO NOT PROVIDE PAPER GOODS FOR THE PARENTS.) The table is set only for the children, however parents are welcome to stay during the party but they cannot play on the gym equipment.
3. BIRTHDAY BANNER for the birthday child.
4. A helium balloon bouquet
5. A t-shirt for the birthday child that says, “I had my birthday party at Gymnastics Unlimited!”

YOUR ASSISTANCE PLEASE:

WE ASK THAT YOU HELP WITH THE FOLLOWING...

1. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the party start time.
2. Parents are required to help with supervision in the gym (if necessary).
3. Parents are required to serve the cake and ice cream.
4. Parents are required to help with the final clean-up.
5. Dress: Girls should wear a leotard, a one-piece bathing suit, or shorts and a t-shirt. Boys should wear shorts and a t-shirt. ALL LONG HAIR SHOULD BE PULLED BACK IN A PONY TAIL. (THIS APPLIES TO BOYS AS WELL.)
6. No gum, drinks or food allowed in the gym!
7. No horseplay!
8. No one is allowed inside the gym without an instructor!
9. RELEASE FORM…All parents of participants must send the signed release form along with their child. We can’t allow any children inside the gym without the signed form!
