Our Poster Reward Program has been developed to provide our students (ages 3 and up) with incentives and rewards for learning new skills. It also provides parents with a tool to monitor the progress of their child.

Students receive a FREE poster (Age/Skill Appropriate) for each level of our curriculum. Each poster corresponds to curriculum cards used by our instructors. Our method of testing (called “Skills Check-Off Week”) is done approximately every 6 weeks. For every skill that students show they have “passed” when tested, the skill is “checked-off” on their corresponding skills card. The following week each student receives a small envelope with “happy face” stickers and an indication of what skills were passed the previous week. The “happy faces” are then placed on the poster, based on the skill-number indicated.

After students complete their appropriate level/poster, they are awarded a Certificate of Achievement, have their picture taken with their coach, and are given a new poster for the next progressive level. (There is a place on the poster for their picture.)

It is our intention that our Poster Reward Program encourages parents to get involved in their child’s gymnastics education and to share the excitement of progress each child will experience while learning and growing.
